We will accept returns within 30 days of your receiving of the package, but the product must be in new and unopened condition in order for you to receive full monetary compensation. Items that have been taken out of their containers and used are not eligible for returns.
Above-All-Alliance upholds the integrity of its products and items deemed defective upon opening will be swiftly exchanged with a new replacement. In order to avoid abuse of this rule, we request that you submit complaints 72 HOURS SUBSEQUENT TO SHIPMENT ARRIVAL.
For all purchases, shipping and processing fees are paid to third party vendors and are therefore non-refundable.
As Above-All-Alliance is the distributor of goods from various manufacturers, we juggle with disparate warranty services, as per offered by each company that is in charge of the product in question. We will provide you with the warranty information applicable to your product by including it in your shipped package, but it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer and redeem your warranty with them.
